FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are able to book a service online, but I prefer speaking with a potential client personally as well as going to their home or place of business to get an actual feel of the request to ensure more accurate quotes. The first couple if services will be a "getting to know " the surroundings so that any price adjustments that need to be made (whether the price needs to go up for more services or down due to quoting too high).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have a variety of clients that range from multi-unit apartment complexes, turnover vacation rental units, and small office cleaning to first-time home buyer move in/move out preparation, busy families that need a little extra help and elderly couples that just like to know someone isthere when they need them. Our goal is to tailor our service to meet nneeds no matter how simple or demanding the task. We don't have favorites because all clients make what we do that much more special.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interviewing a cleaner for your home is just like hiring for any other position. Have a list of questions ready. Make sure they are insured and bonded. Ask for references. Most importantly, go with your "gut" feeling. Never sign a long term contract or pay any money upfront.
