I just had the pleasure of meeting True Blue technician Amanda Astorga as she came to my home to help with a yellow jacket issue. She showed up within the time window I was provided by the company owner Joey earlier today. She was very professional and took the time to ensure she had a good understanding of my issue/concern. She handled my multiple questions respectfully and made sure I was comfortable with her plan before she implemented. When completed, Amanda was thorough in describing her findings and the actions she took to treat the openings to kill the yellow jackets and their nest. I will follow-up with the True blue office in two days, but I believe she has fixed my issue. True Blue Termite and Pest Control is a well run business that works to ensure their customers receive a timely response and an appropriate resolution.
