These guys are professional from the word "go". They CARED about the job, their performance, and whether the problems were solved. They went beyond what I thought they should do, including small things that didn't have anything to do with the job at hand. ie: Out of kindness, one gentleman drilled holes in a planter, and got it all aligned like I wanted. He didn't have to do that. They cleaned up EVERY day, and it was whisked out backwards as they left. Everything was neat as a pin INCLUDING the job!

My husband and I had such a positive experience with Carl Mills and his team that I feel confident in recommending them. We wanted to expand our deck and hired C&D Construction for the job. The team was professional and courteous. They asked us questions along the way to make sure we were all on the same page and we are very happy with the results. They really care about their work and didn't race to get the job done. We are already planning on using them on our next project. It was money well spent for a quality addition.

My plans were for a complete bathroom remodel which included, but was not limited to, stripping wallpaper, replacement of commode, vanity and shower surround, removal of carpet / installation of hardwood flooding, wainscoting, window replacement and minor e!ectrical work. Mr. Mills and his crew were personable and professional. Throughout the work days, they made sure to keep dust, clutter and debris to a minimum and cleared the job site before leaving. I am pleased with the results. I plan on using C & D Construction for my next project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a standard pricing system, each job is as unique as its owner. So we base our pricing on each different situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to an initial meeting with all potential new customers to discuss there needs. Then we assign one of our representative 's will be assigned to there project to handle and walk them through there project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are and have been a family owned business. Our father taught us everything about the trades we deal in.
