My experience with Phillip Brooks was excellent. He contacted me by phone right away, and we established a time for the work to be done. On the agreed upon date, he was at my home when he said he would be. He was very pleasant and professional. He stretched my carpets and cleaned up everything before he left. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call upon him again, and highly recommend him.

We hired Mr. Brooks to restretch our carpet. He responded to our request right away and asked that we texted him some pictures so that he could have an accurate idea of what we needed and give us an estimate. He showed up promptly, took a look at the carpet, confirmed the issue and explained his plan. When he was done, the carpet looked line new. Mr. Brooks is a true professional who knows his trade and communicates well with his customers. He is very polite and attentive, and we truly enjoyed dealing with him. We strongly recommend him without reservations.
