My experience with Phillip Brooks was excellent. He contacted me by phone right away, and we established a time for the work to be done. On the agreed upon date, he was at my home when he said he would be. He was very pleasant and professional. He stretched my carpets and cleaned up everything before he left. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely call upon him again, and highly recommend him.
