Philip is an exceptional professional when it comes to his trade in carpet design and installation. He did three rooms and closets in renovating our garage and loft into offices. His work was a great quality, professionalism, and have wonderful communication throughout the process from conception to completion. I highly recommend Philip Brooks for any carpeting or flooring needs. I called him on a Thursday and he went to give an estimate on a Saturday and the following weekend, the job was complete. My opinion is a witness to an excellent. Salesman/businessman, and takes pride in his work to the end user. We are very proud to say Philip Brooks is exceptional and will refer him to anyone.
