FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a base price for a typical shoot. Sometimes your project will be more than the base price due to things like travel or having to rent a studio or sometimes equipment and set pieces. I make sure my clients know the final price up front once I’ve gotten all the details of their session. I always require at least a 50% deposit before I will mark your session in my calendar. This is so I know you are serious. Deposits are non refundable unless I cannot make a session for whatever reason or they can be put towards a session at a later date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I figure out exactly what a client is wanting and needing via a consultation. Then, we set up the date and time and I collect a non-refundable security deposit to reserve their session. After the session is complete, I will deliver the images digitally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for photography and have 4+ years of on the job experience.
