- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most flooring services are priced per Square Ft. As we are new to ThumbTack we want to give our first 10 customers a discount to build trust!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are easy to work with. if you know your measurement and what type of floor you're wanting we could probably give you a good ballpark just from that information. if you don't know your measurements we will happily come for free and take a quick look at what you're wanting to do and give you a price we can bring samples if you want lvp flooring. but we don't make money off the flooring we sell so feel free to buy flooring from anywhere you want to we install all brands
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a group of five flooring installers from Middle Tennessee that have installed each for 20+ years. we have installed flooring for just about every Big box flooring store in Middle Tennessee.
