- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing based on the location of the project. We also offer a discount to our returning customers & recommended customers. We are able to give discounts on sherrin Williams products and we have access to a personal paint consultant that our customers gains access too by doing business with us. There are fees associated with pickups, deliveries, & disposal. And added material or labor will be discussed and agreed on before any actions are made by SPL.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically introduce ourselves and present the client with a business card. We then listen to any questions or concerns involving the improvement needed as we walk the site. During this process we will point any areas of concern or ask questions of our own. Once the walk through process is completed an estimate is put together, highlighting what was discussed and the steps required to get the project completed. Once the client accepts the offer we will write up their paperwork and personally deliver it or by email per the customers request. We complete the work as laid out on the contract and do a walk-thru once completed for customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 yrs of Professional Painting experience. I’ve was trained by a professional painting company thats been in business in the Middle TN area for over 25 yrs. I worked under them from 2012-2018 and learned everything I could before opening the doors to SWAP Painters LLC.
