Javier at LPM Masonry is great to work with. His estimates for work to be done are more than reasonable and the work is excellent. Thus far they have rebuilt a brick wall and installed a concrete pad for a garden shed and we could not have gotten a better result anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend them for any projects you might have.

I am extremely happy with the work that LMP Masonry just completed for us. I got three estimates like you're supposed to, and Javier was the most intelligent of the three - he came in with an alternative way of doing the job that I didn't know was possible in a way that would save me money and allow for more drainage in the yard. He also recommended a way to finish the steps that would look better than what we had planned for. They were on time every day and finished in five days and it looks SPECTACULAR! I can’t say enough good things about Javier and his crew. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and at a more than reasonable price. The work is beautiful - 1000% better than it was when we first built this home. I did multiple quotes for this project and I chose Javier, in part, because of his confidence in doing the job right and the price was right. But ultimately, it came down to him being the only one that voluntarily provided insight into freezing temps and mortar. The other guys wanted to start the next day without hesitation. Javier was careful to make sure he had the best weather window for success. Honesty goes a long way with me and those I need help from. We hired Javier and his team to construct a 100 x 6 ft brick wall and extend an existing flagstone patio. The project took about 2 weeks to complete, and overall, we were very pleased with the outcome. I received numerous compliments from our neighbors.
