LPM Masonry were very responsive and gave us a fair quote for cleaning, repairing, laying polymeric sand and sealing our antique brick patio. The job was done in stages and they completed the job in the agreed upon time frame. They kept us informed along the way and followed through with what they communicated. I don’t take this kind of professionalism for granted, nor the quality of their work. For these reasons, I will use them again and can wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Javier and his team showed up on time, asked questions around the step design and selection of the bricks, cleaned up when they were finished, and his estimate was a reasonable compared to others. I could have gone with a lower estimate but was afraid the work would be poor. Javier arrived with all professional equipment and it was obvious right away he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him and will hire him for future projects. Trust is critical in middle TN with contractors and I would refer Javier to others.

The work exceeded my expectations! My brick mailbox was hit by a car and I needed it repaired. I was afraid the entire mailbox would need to be torn down and then built back up. But they didn’t need to do that. Somehow, they were able to fix it back. And it looked like it was never hit! They also filled in cracked mortar on the house and it is very difficult to find where they repaired. It looks very close to the original. I also had a cement section for my trash cans. It turned out great! I wish I would have done a bigger area. Lastly, they fixed broken bricks and replaced bricks to reattach my fence to my house. Again, perfection! Afterwards, I went looking around for more work I can get done. I will definitely recommend to anymore who needs brick and mortar work!
