FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat project rates so you’ll know the cost up front. Depending on the situation, I may offer discounts, and all fees are included in the quote, so no surprises later.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation to get a feel for the project and make sure we’re a good fit. From there, I can take care of everything from start to finish, or step in as part of a larger creative team. Every project includes a couple rounds of revisions so we can make sure the final product feels right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is all hands on with years of working directly with clients, creating end products that push the boundaries and we're all proud of.
