Jeannie is the best. As our wedding officiant, she brought empathy, a positive attitude, the right amount of bossiness, a great sense of humor, and professionalism. It was magical being married by Rev. Jeannie Hunter. She was respectful of our non-denominational nuptials and beautifully tailored her message to suit who we are as a couple. She was attentive to our families, projected her voice well in a garden setting, and even wiped my nose when my hands were tied up (Scottish handfasting)! Jeannie has a lot of experience with weddings and it shows!

Jeannie was wonderful. She was very open to considering what we wanted to do with our secular ceremony, and had some great suggestions--hand-fasting was her idea, and we really liked how it came out. She did so much to make the ceremony come together excellently, and we value all she did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes a conversation in advance, preparation of the service, leading the rehearsal, and performing the service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll want to meet both of you (in person or via Skype) to talk about what you want in a service. We'll discuss your preferences, concerns (family?), and ideas. Then I'll put together a draft of the service and send it to you for approval or feedback. I'll be at the rehearsal to make sure everyone knows what's going on, and then I'll be as helpful as possible on the day of. Your wedding will be uniquely-created and professionally-executed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an M.Div. from Emory University in Atlanta, and I was ordained in 2006.
