My name is Zac,I am owner/ operator of Woodard works LLC. I am licensed, bonded and Insured. I do all the work myself along with my helpers. I do have a plumber and electrian I use if need be. Which I oversee all of there work. I have been in this line of work for 15 years. I pride myself in having great communication with quality work. I am here to help my clients with ease of mind that the job will be done right . I have designed many of the remodels I've completed. I'm able to problem solve and like to give multiple options on what my clients need. I make sure the cilent is happy with the work they've recieved.

Woodard Works did an outstanding job on my bathroom remodel. Zac is a talented craftsman, a great contractor and he is very creative. Woodard Works prices are estreemly fair for the work you receive. Zac did exactly what he said he'd do in exactly the amount of time he said he'd do it. I've had many projects done over the years and he is literally the first contractor I've ever seen actually show up in rain and wait on it to pass so he can work. I was very impressed with him and I would definitely hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the job. Sometimes the home owner will supply the material. Then I would not purchase material. I would only be quoting or charging for the labor. Sometimes the home owners prefer to have me purchase the material in which I will charge for material + labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive information on a lead I will review the description of the job and try and give a quote through email or the phone based off of information given. All final proposals are given upon seeing the repair/work needed.
