I have 15 years of on the job training. I am a CFI certified floor installer. I have subcontracted for Home Depot, Lowes, Flooring America, Empire Flooring, and others.

I have been told I'm good at what I do. Of course this is in the eye of the beholder, but I do like what I do. I hope my floors stand out, but greater than that, I hope my character stands out.
Many people ask me why I install flooring. The simplest answer, is that I enjoy doing it. Much of flooring has an artistic quality to it that I persevere to preserve. Its not just a job to me, its part of who I am. I'm not Picasso, I'm not Rembrandt, but the manner at which they enjoyed what they painted, I enjoy floor installation.

Joe Nowak and his assistant Diesel are very professional. Joe is very a skillful carpet installer. He had my carpet layed and stretched very fast. Will hire again for other flooring projects.

Mr. Nowak installed carpet for my home theater riser and did an outstanding job. He was on time, well prepared, and got the job done very quickly. The final product was even better than I had hoped for and all for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough about the great job that Joe and Diesel did putting down tile in our home. Not only is Joe's services very reasonably priced, but more importantly his attention to detail and quality of work are second to none. He is fast but thorough. If you need carpet or tile work done call JOE NOWAK!! You will NOT be disappointed!

If you do not hire Joe, you are doing yourself a disservice. I had several contractors provide bids to stretch my carpet in preparation for a home sale. Not only did Joe offer the lowest price, he even offered to perform the work the same night I awarded him the job. Plus, his price was a firm quote, as I had provided pictures of my carpet to all bidders (attached). The other bidders would not provide firm quotes. Plus, I had a non-carpet job I also needed attending. I asked Joe if he would do it for and additional fee. He gladly accepted even though it was quite exhausting. Joe's work is top notch, and his work ethic is beyond reproach. If you live in Chattanooga/Knoxville, in the surrounding area or anywhere in between, give Joe the job. You will most assuredly be as pleased as I.
