Rick was a pleasure to work with - had an opening so provided same-day service. We had a challenging room needing several bumps removed in carpet and Rick systematically moved through it to provide a really nice result. Would love to work with him again.

Relpro Restoration I was able to come quickly and help me during a time crunch. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about previous chemicals I had used in an attempt to remove two bad stains. He went to work quickly, treated the stained areas and clean the both rooms and hallway. I have to say I was very impressed the carpet looks like new and the stains are gone. Plus I was very happy that the carpet was not oversaturated and the nap felt dry to the touch in just a couple hours of ceiling fan
