- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each project around its scope, materials, labor, site conditions, and finish requirements. Your proposal explains the investment and any included allowances so you understand what you’re approving. Changes are reviewed and priced for written approval before additional work proceeds. If you have a budget in mind, share it early so we can guide you toward a practical scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to what you want to accomplish. Then we evaluate the property, discuss your priorities and budget, and guide you through practical options. You receive a written proposal outlining the scope, selections, exclusions, and payment terms. Once approved, we coordinate construction, communicate progress, and finish with a walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in residential construction, structural framing, roofing, exterior systems, and additions. We follow applicable installation requirements and coordinate qualified trades and structural engineering when the project requires them. Understanding how the parts of a home work together guides our approach.
