We noticed a leak in our water line bubbling out of the ground on Monday afternoon and the water meter spinning! We were given the number for Loveday plumbing and James was fantastic from start to finish. He was prompt to arrive, knew exactly where to dig and repair quickly without going through a water leak detecting company that would have taken days. And the best part, really good folks that were a pleasure to work with. His price was very reasonable . James, we appreciate you and Charlie and will be calling you again for any more issues. We woke up to the sound of running water. My husband went downstairs and saw our water heater in the garage with a failed drain valve. We had water everywhere. We called James and told him what was going on and to save time he stopped and brought the replacement part with him.We have used James numerous times for jobs large and small and we have always been pleased.

Very honest and professional and does what he says. We had him do a tankless water heater conversion because our old gas one was dying. Mr. Loveday didn't hesitate and was on the job the day after looking at it! It was definitely NOT an easy job but he is clearly not afraid to work. We will be using him from here on out and recommending him to everyone we know.
