- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be discussed with the customer. Every house is different.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with us you can expect a text message when we are on our way, we make sure the gutters are free of clogs and debris as well as downspout. Clean the gutters and the debris that may have fallen. Then we let you know we are finished with either a text message, invoice to your email, or if you are home we will personally let to you know. We are very honest and if there's anything we find while we are working we let you know. Example: If you have weak spots in your roof that we came across, or if you have a major clog that we come across we notify you. We aim to have very happy customers and hope to work with you!
