- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the job. I rarely work by the hour bc I work quick and try to get the job done. What I can do in 1 hour would take most people around 4 hours this is why I don’t charge hourly. I work with the customer to make it affordable. I don’t up charge on materials or parts. I treat all my customers the same and understand a lot of jobs are not expected and financially hard to afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and find out specifically what their needing done. Visually inspect the job to give more accurate estimate and then set a date/time to start. Complete and finish promptly. Follow up within 2 weeks and make sure the customer is completely satisfied (Happy Call).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15+ years in service plumbing and new development. Very experienced. 2nd generation plumber. Certified in Pex pipe. Water treatment specialist (installing whole house equipment, drinking filters, and servicing/maintenance on all types of systems.
