Trotter Boarding and Riding Lesson Farm

Introduction: I am a certified riding instructor, a former director of a private school, 12-time world barrel racing qualifier and a teacher. I provide riding lessons for all ages and experiences. Trotter Farm is called the "Horsey Hilton." It has 12' x 24' stalls made by Prifer that are all tongue and groove pine with the new stall grid system in each stall to keep any ammonia smell out of the barn. The barn is only 2 years old and insulated. I have a nice 80' round pen to work your horse and a working tract that goes around it. I provide a full kitchen with cable TV, a washer and dryer in the restroom with a full shower and towels for my clients, with 12' x 12' wash bay and 12' x 12' grooming bay. The horses have hot showers with an on-demand hot water, so you never run out of hot water. I provide free trailer parking and trails to ride on. I have a brand-new fencing and horses are fed two times per day and daily turnout. I also provide overnight stabling for travelers on I-75 since I am only 5 miles from there at Exit 11. You may stay in Ooltewah Hotel, but any horse must provide coggins papers before they can enter the farm. If from out of state, they must have health papers. I provide the worming program, and the clients pay a fee for the wormer. All horses are wormed at the same time on a rotation. My fee is $400.00 per month, and I supply all feeds and hay year-round.
