I’ve been in the construction industry for 15 years. Learned how to build custom homes from a turnkey builder for 6 years. Started remodeling houses on my own for 6 years after that. Then moved to the greater Nashville area where I’ve been in home renovations for the past 3 years.

KR Renovations built a screened in porch on our back patio. I couldn’t ask for better company. From the beginning, Kirk (the owner) was informative about the entire project and the time it would take to complete it. Allow me to add that the price was very fair. Upon our consultation, he was honest and very clear with explaining the work that would take place to complete our screened porch. Once the meeting was over, we knew that we wanted his company to complete our screened porch project. Kirk was constantly communicating with us. He would even call to see what accessories that we’d prefer. Even when we voiced concerns, he’d get it corrected. To sum it all up… if you want someone who is honest and hard-working, KR Renovations would be the one to call. My husband and I are very happy and delighted that we chose KR Renovations.

Kirk did a great job on punch list items when I was preparing to sell my house. He was responsive, dependable, and showed great attention to detail. Would highly recommend him and use him again for future projects.
