I had never used Thumbtack until now. We bought an 85 in TV from Walmart that offered “free” mounting. Every week the mount job would be cancelled and rescheduled an hour before they were supposed to be here. Finally said forget Walmart, I’ll find someone myself. Used Thumbtack and Chris responded in about 15 seconds saying he could do the job. He showed up the next day exactly when he said he would. Even gave me an hour heads up that he was on the way. He was super nice and very professional. He originally said he would probably need a little help lifting a TV that large; I was more than willing to help. While we were talking I mentioned I had a heart procedure last Monday and he goes “are you supposed to be lifting anything “. I said I was fine to help lift it. He absolutely would not let me help lift it; “you need to protect that heart”. So he actually lifted and mounted it by himself. I wanted to help given the size but he said “nope, I’m not going to let you hurt yourself “. He got it mounted along with the soundbar with everything working perfectly. He got the job done quickly and would have been quicker had I not been talking his ear off. Very nice polite guy. I’ll be using Chris again if I need any more work like this. You won’t go wrong with him.
