Yoga with Leila
About this pro
I feel that each person has different attribute that lend them to helping others who might deal with similar situations. Being that I have been through many years of emotional turmoil I really feel that I can offer others comfort in knowing that they are not alone and there is a way out. We see food as fuel but do we really use it the way we should? We know we are supposed to have self worth and love, but does just knowing provide us with those things? No. Sometimes we just need a guiding hand to help us move into the right direction. I would like to be that guiding hand. If the effort, compassion, and general love that I put into a class is conveyed through the class and the student can experience that as well; this is how I know I have given them something bigger than I could ever understand. This is why I love my job.
