S&G responded to my request for service within 10 minutes after I submitted such in the app. I posted my problem at about 3p. He responded at 3:15p. He agreed to come by the end of the day and was able to get here by 7p. He stayed in communication and was very polite and professional. He replaced the necessary part and the problem was resolved within 20 minutes. My hot water was restored! I highly recommend S&G Plumbing!

I had an issue with my bathroom faucet and within 15 mins of inquiring, I received a response and he was out here first thing in the morning. Was able to fix my problem in a very timely manner. I will definitely be using again!
