My request was for moving some furniture + delicate items into areas that I thought they may or may not go. Luckily for me, th workers fr MCB Services were extremely patient, + gladly moved heavy pieces for me until they "looked right", etc They also really took care when hanging pictures, wooden pieces + a tree sculpture. Anyone who looks for details like which way th grain is running n th wood (before hanging it) + consults w/me, gets my highest rating! Th 2 who came seem to have many 1st class skills (restoration, design, ) as well as "handymen" talents. I've already recommended them to friends, + will on this review also.

Amber and her crew were hired to remove old wire fencing and posts and a pile of old fire pit logs that had been left by the previous home owner. They worked very hard and did a great job! I would hire them again.

MCB came promptly to quote my job (cutting down 5 trees and trimming a few others) and gave me a very competitive quote. Once they started, a job that was supposed to take a day at most turned into a 3 - 4 day ordeal and they ended up not cutting down one of my trees because they said the under quoted it. In return, they did reduce my cost and agreed to trim some additional branches from the tree they couldn't remove but 10 days later, they have not returned. Despite this, they were pleasant to work with and I think their hearts were in the right place, I just got the impression throughout the project that they had perhaps bitten off more than they could chew.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tree service- trimmings start as low as $75 and removals as low as $100 (pricing depends on size and other variables) Shrub removal- $50 Junk removal- as low as $50 and goes up Window removal and install- removal $75 each and install $75 Door removal and install- removal $70 and install $90 Mailbox install- $40(basic type) and up Shutter removal and install- removal $25 each and install $25 each Other services not listed are preformed so just ask about the service youre needing. Prices are not set in stone bc as previously mentioned we like to be a helping hand in times of need
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what they have to say, with that information I try to develop my plan of action in which I let my customer know that this is the plan but it could change once i've seen the actual problem myself. Once I get the chance to access the issue properly, I inform the customer again to make sure the planned result is pleasing for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed numerous workshops and seminars relating to aspects of our services. Tree and safety courses completed
