FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with everyone on their pricing. I have bundle discounts, military and first responder discounts, and the biggest thing you should know is that you get what you pay for. Good quality does not come dirt cheap.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call and get an idea of the work needed to be done. Usually I try to give an estimate over the phone but I make clear that the price may change if there’s more to the problems than discussed. After an agreement is made I show up to assess the project and depending upon the project size, will either get to work straight away or, will schedule for a more fitting time for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up fixing cars and repairing the homes I lived in. Once I joined the Air Force, I began fixing airplanes and hangars. Once I got out I climbed the ladder over the last 10 years working for various companies and crews.
