- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straight, upfront pricing with no surprise charges. We give you a firm price on the phone before we come out. • Chimney sweep + Level 1 inspection: $199 (full flue and firebox sweep, written inspection report, photos of any issues, HEPA vacuum and drop cloths) • Gutter cleaning: from $185 for most one-story homes (hand-cleaned, downspouts flushed, all debris bagged and hauled away) • Dryer vent, air duct, pressure washing and painting: quoted by the size of the home or job, and always given before we start. Ask about bundling more than one service on the same visit. We accept card, cash and check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) You call, text or book online and tell us what you need. 2) We give you a firm price up front, usually on the same call. 3) We schedule a time that works for you, often within the same week. 4) We show up on time, protect your home with drop cloths and a HEPA vacuum, and do the work. 5) We walk you through what we found, with photos, and leave the area cleaner than we found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been doing this work hands-on since 2013. Over those years we've completed thousands of chimney, gutter, dryer vent and air duct jobs across the Memphis area. We're licensed and insured with $1M/$2M business coverage.
