I am here to help solve your appliance headaches. I do charge a trip fee but no diagnostic fee if hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work with you and communicate often. I ask that the customer be willing to order any parts and have them delivered to their home. I will research the parts for you and offer you options for pricing. I will work for you to solve your appliance headache.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of on the job training with most major brand appliances.
