JT Pool Service responded to me almost immediately and were out to my house to check out my pool the next day and did the work just a few days later. They were honest and did good work. Will be using them again in the future. Definitely recommend.

JT Pool Service has been unbelievable in working to get my mother's pool back to looking crystal blue. It was a mess after a year of complete neglect. I have been using another Pool company who actually refused to respond to me to open my pool this year after closing it last winter and installing a new liner earlier in the year. I reached out to Jamie on Thumbtack to have him help me because I had discovered a problem with one of my skimmers and could not get the pool balanced.
He responded immediately on a Saturday morning within minutes of me, reaching out on Thumbtack for help. Needless to say after dropping what he was doing and making time for my problem on one of the hottest days of the summer of 2025 (105 heat index), he now has my maintenance contract.

Pricing on here are estimates we charge 75$ per week plus chemicals. One time cleanings are priced as seen.

Either I reach out to the customer to find out there issues or have them **************,then from there we set up a time an date that works best for us both to access/solve the issue at hand
