FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have the over head of bigger companies so I can offer lower pricing. With bigger companies the cost of your job covers everything from the office employees, gas, truck notes, truck insurance, and the plumber itself. Therefore you pay for more than just the work you need done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not much different than with a long time customer. I always strive to be courteous and provide quality and clean work. I clean up after myself. I will never be disrespectful to you, your family, or your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done pipe fitting and plumbing my entire adult life. I’ve done everything from the plumbing work itself to project manager of big jobs and multiple new homes. I’ve also spent time as a service manager in a bigger plumbing company. As a plumbers I’ve done several years of new install, remodel, and service. As a project manager I’ve learned how to deal with homeowners, builders, and other trades to make sure we have an easy smooth and quick project. As a service manager I’ve experienced a lot. I’ve dealt with many different customers to ensure they received top quality and that they were happy with the work done for them.
