As a Certified Master Inspector with 8 years experience and over 3000 inspections completed. I am one of the state's most experienced home inspectors. I provide residential and commercial inspection services throughout the Greater Nashville area.

I have been a Real Estate Agent for 11 years, and always used the same inspector until he retired. I had a house under contract in the early spring of 2016, and was searching for a new home inspector. I called 2 that were unable to get the inspection done for at least a week, and when I called John Wilkinson at Inspect-it, he did the inspection on a Saturday in order to keep me within my 10 day inspection period.
