Vitaly promptly replied to my message and had availability the next afternoon to come out. The service call fee was reasonable and waived if hired to do repairs. Vitaly arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and asked questions about the unit before he got started. He assessed the unit inside the house and outside and came to the conclusion that the outside portion needed cleaning and a freon charge. He confirmed the work and fee before he started. Our unit is 15 years old and hadn't had service in a long time. After Vitaly cleaned it, it came on and was cooling correctly. I have added pics of before and after cleaning."See more
