Since 1972 I have serviced literally thousands of pianos and organs in the Lakeway region my customers include all the major funeral homes piano teachers professionals churches and private. my service area includes all of East Tennessee Southern Kentucky and Southwestern Virginia.

It was an extreme pleasure having Dan Jones tune our upright piano today. He is a very fine person and we enjoyed his time at our house. He has a massive amount of experience with pianos and organs, and he did a great job tuning ours. He explained what he did and why and told us what we needed to do to keep our piano well maintained. We were able to schedule the tuning quickly. Dan even moved another appointment to accommodate our need. I think we got great value from what we paid for the tuning service. Dan fixed or arranged to fix all the problems he found with our piano. I am sure we will use him for all of our future piano tuning needs. Dan was wonderful. He was very prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he do an excellent job tuning my piano we had a great conversation. Now my piano sounds great and would have been a bargain at twice the price. It quickly became obvious that this is not just a job to him, he is a craftsman and artist. If you piano needs attention give him a call, he is the best!

Dan is definitely the Piano Man! He did what no normal tuner could do. He tuned AND fixed a few things in our 104 yr old piano and left it sounding like NEW. God bless him! He has our highest recommendation. 🎹✨

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard service price is $95 that includes tuning and if there's any minor repairs it's done for free. cash or personal checks are accepted.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To assure them that all work will be done professionally and all work will be guaranteed. And if any problem arises between tunings, I return at no charge and fix it .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on pianos and organs of all makes and models since 1972
