- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done in monthly or quarterly packages which are customized to the clients needs. Additional support can be added on to an existing package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a complimentary discovery call to understand the scope of work and determine if I am a good fit. Then, a quote, agreement, and invoice are sent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 5 years experience providing accounting services to small and mid-size businesses. This includes bookkeeping, set up, clean up, financial statement preparation, payroll, and consulting.
