I'm so glad we found Blocker heating and cooling! Our HVAC unit broke and we needed someone to install our new one. The gentlemen who installed it were so kind and courteous! They worked diligently to ensure we were up and running in a day, so we wouldn't be cold that night! Not only that, but they actually took the time to fix several things that the old homeowners installed incorrectly - I know nothing of HVAC units but they did some new duct work, welding, even built a nice stand for my furnace - they are so handy! They took extra care to ensure our unit would operate in the most efficient way....I was so grateful, quality work, they are incredibly kind and trustworthy - we will be Blocker customers for life!

There are two points I would like to make on my experience with Blocker Heating and Cooling. 1) the service and expertise of Richard and his team at Blocker Heating and Cooling. Rating - I leave him 5 stars. 2) The second piece of information is this. Eventhough the company is young company, the experience of Richard and his team is not. Therefore, these guys are hustling to make everything perfect and build a name for Blocker Heating and Cooling. I saw this firsthand. The quote was 1500 dollars cheaper than some of the better known HVAC companies and I doubt these bigger companies would have provided the expertise or the effort I received in my heatpump install. They installed a 2-ton heatpump for my 1100 square foot home. It works as expected. They also configured my smart thermostat without any issues. I can't recommend this new company highly enough. Richard is not a salesman. He is a new business owner who is trying to build a name for Blocker through hard work and customer service. I also received a lifetime warranty on my condenser.
