Had a great experience working with Sebastian at New Horizon, he made the whole process easy from start to finish. He showed up on time, was super professional but still easy to talk to, and got right to diagnosing the issue without any hassle. You can tell he knows his stuff and actually cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through it. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and didnt try to upsell anything unnecessary. Pricing felt fair and overall just a really solid experience, Ill definitely be reaching out to him again if I need anything!
