- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To keep things fair and efficient, we focus on full-service cleaning projects. We aren’t able to accommodate requests for partial, “piecemeal” cleaning or tasks outside our core services. This includes requests like: - Cleaning only a single appliance (e.g., stove hood) - Doing scattered rooms on different days or partial deep cleans - Services outside of cleaning (moving boxes or letting the dog outside) We want to make sure every client gets consistent, high-quality results and that starts with clear expectations from the beginning. Please only reach out if you’re actively looking to hire and haven’t already secured another cleaner. Even responses when you've already foundn someone costs us a heafty fee just for a "already found someone" response.
