Not only did they respond within minutes to my request, they arrived within hours, and they quickly remedied my leaky sink issue without problem. The gentleman that assisted me, R.J., was highly professional throughout the entire process and completed the necessary work in less than an hour. He even went to buy a quality replacement garbage disposal for me to resolve the issues we had. I think I had a clogged drain that flooded the downstairs of my house. The flood originated in the downstairs bathroom. My "usual" plumber did not respond to my emergency texts, so I reached out to Metro State Plumbing. They responded within minutes and scheduled me for approximately 2 hours after my initial request. Weston (I'm going to feel really bad if that is not his name) and RJ arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work in about an hour! One of my dogs wanted to "help," and Weston was great with her. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's future plumbing needs!

RJ was fantastic for this job. I hit an irrigation line Sunday afternoon and he was out in 30 minutes and had it fixed not too long after. Incredibly fast and effective work and even showed me how to turn the water off from the street, would highly recommend their services.
