I hired Evans Const recently to replace weather beaten boards on my deck. About 31 boards I’m usually a glass half empty guy but the quality and craftsmanship of their work is excellent I plan on some additional work and I will definitely call Evans. Hire with confidence!!

We needed some soffit repair work done on our house. A trusted professional in the roofing business recommended Evans Construction because it was who they used. But in actuality, we needed a lot more work done on a house that we were trying to get ready to put on the market in a very short amount of time and upon reflection, we really needed someone to fill that void for us to help get us over the finish line. Chase and his crew not only rose to the occasion, they went over and above the call of duty. From a complex re-framing issue to literally an emergency subflooring rescue/fix, I can't say enough good things about them and if you ever need a trusted contractor with the highest regard for integrity, along with the workmanship and craftsmanship skills to be able to get the job done right, look no further than Evans Construction. We offer competitive pricing. We always try to get you the best value for your money and will discuss what makes the most sense for your situation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone call where you give us a rough idea of what you're trying to accomplish in your project. Next, we will come out to the location of your project for an assessment. After further discussion with you to confirm your needs, we will build you a formal project proposal that details the steps of your project. This proposal will include price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed contractors (BC-2: 84615 and Home Improvement Contractors: 12917). We have completed the state's (TN) rigorous course requirements for licensing including the licensing Trade Exam and Business Law Exam. We have over 20 years of experience in construction and business.
