- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing. We always try to get you the best value for your money and will discuss what makes the most sense for your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a phone call where you give us a rough idea of what you're trying to accomplish in your project. Next, we will come out to the location of your project for an assessment. After further discussion with you to confirm your needs, we will build you a formal project proposal that details the steps of your project. This proposal will include price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed contractors (BC-2: 84615 and Home Improvement Contractors: 12917). We have completed the state's (TN) rigorous course requirements for licensing including the licensing Trade Exam and Business Law Exam. We have over 20 years of experience in construction and business.
