Tim kept me informed about his arrival time. I had purchased the post and mailbox for installation. It turned out the post was too short. Rather than focusing on the problem, Tim immediately offered to make a new pole - and did an absolutely amazing job of that. The finished project is far more professional than it would have been with the premade materials. I loved his can-do attitude and willingnesss to work after dark to complete the job. Tim has a work ethic that is rare today.

Tim did a wonderful job! He replaced an old over the range microwave with a new one, and moved the cabinets in order to make the new microwave fit. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely work with him again.
