I hired Amanda. We agreed on a date. Come time for her to show she doesn’t show up I text her and she says “oh I can’t do your house cleaning”. This after I’ve turned down two other people. Unreliable. Irresponsible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $60 for 6 rooms. Exception is if square footage is large, then addition $10-$15 might be required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically come out so you can meet me and show me what you would like to have done. I will discuss supplies and routine and answer all your questions. If you choose to bring me on we set the date for first cleaning.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in Michigan in automotive, shortly after September 11th attach I was laid off and started a cleaning company, I enjoyed the work and have been doing g it ever since!
