My work is very expressive and colorful with influences from Impressionism, African Sculpture, Fish-eye Photography, Graffiti, Calligraphy, and more. I specialize in urban landscapes/skylines and music related art.

Completely BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I gave Josh an image to work off of. He completely captured the soul of the painting. Josh added his own flair, extending and enhancing the overall mural. Highly recommend! Spectacular artwork!

Joshua was truly wonderful to work with. He was punctual, responsive, and was devoted to ensuring the product he created was exactly what we wanted. He helped us figure out what we wanted throughout the design process and gave helpful advice and insight. He helped guide us in the right direction without being pushy. In addition to the project we hired him for, Joshua was willing to jump into other office design projects as well! We had numerous creative projects going on at once and he was ready to lend a hand wherever we needed. On top of that, he also went to the effort of bringing in original pieces of his own art to hang around our office. I would recommend Joshua 100% and I would readily hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my illustration is gauged by its purpose/use, project budget, and my time & materials that go into the project. I work with each client to reach a price we both understand and are happy with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After listening to/reading what the customer envisions, I do preliminary sketches based on what I understand, then go over them together to point out what they like and would like to change. Depending on the feedback, I either go to the final illustration(s) or to another round of more developed sketches if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Communication Design, major in Illustration, from Pratt Institute.
