They are great! I had a clogged slink that's 100 years old. He fixed it though it took him hours - and he didn't charge much for the overage. The sink is perfect for another 20 years now LOL - I'll hire him again in a New York minute.

This app only allowed me to pick 3 likable features... I would have chosen all 5 if it was allowed.. When a couple of other companies were quoting $3,000.00 - $4,000.00, Andrew was the only one that said, "you don't have to be in a hurry to replace everything"... He said he could go in and fix just the leak... THATS integrity. THATS someone with morals. THAT'S someone who is honest and won't take advantage of a "lay-person". He EVEN took $50 off because he was a little bit late. I will be using his services again.

Made a visit on short notice and listened to all of our concerns. Walked the house with us as we pointed out the potential sounds/noises and smells that were causing concern. Despite finding nothing to suggest there was a leak or other problem, we were not charged for the visit. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find. In the future, if we have a need of any plumbing services, they will receive the first call. Thanks again for your help and expertise!

All pricing for jobs will be different and based on the work needed to complete the job. Key factors that effect pricing include:
Access to the pipes
Amount of piping needed to be done
Any specialty items or equipment needed
Amount of material and labor projected for the job
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical response time is same day to communicate with the customer about their plumbing issues. After a brief conversation, we can schedule a time and estimate to complete the work. The customer is scheduled in our dispatch software which keeps them in the loop at all times.
For our bigger projects, we can schedule a a time to visit the project in person with the customer to go over all the details. This consultation is free.

Green Group currently has multiple licensed Master plumbers on the team, as well as, several other highly trained technicians. Together, Green Group has over 60 years of plumbing experience serving Middle, Tn with all things plumbing.
