- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically it just depends on a lot of different factors. Time and difficulty being two pretty major factors. Sometimes things can be cut and dry but other times it can take some investigation to come up with a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I'd like to meet the customer. I believe trust is a key element to doing business. Then I can see what it is exactly what the customer wants. I'll give them any professional advice I may have, then we can go from there as far as performing a service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in several areas related. I have worked for several companies as well as worked for myself for several years. My Dad owned his owned Window Cleaning business for several years and he got me started working. I learned the value of hard work at a young age, and learned all I could.
