- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a standard house window, being a top and bottom sash, our standard pricing begins at $7.00 . French window begin at $12.00 . Storm windows begin at $18.00. This pricing includes the interior and exterior of all windows and storms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call me and I will get all the necessary information. Based on the details you provide about the job, i may be able to give you an estimated price by phone, if not, i will travel to the site and privide you with a free estimate. once you have recieved a return call from me and we have agreed apon the terms and scheduling is confirmed, all you will need to do is be at the location or have arranged access to the property on the agreed date and time. I may send you a short text message the afternoon prior to remind you of our appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experiance in residential, commercial, and highrise window cleaning. i am trained in the use of all types.of lifts, stages, basckets, ladders and rappelling equipment
