- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in quality, safety, and trustworthiness. I’ve cleaned or worked in 900sqft apartments up to full 5900sqft houses, and I’ve never had a complaint. I tailor my work to one’s needs, and I strive to go above and beyond to make sure I clean each house professionally and respectfully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can do remote estimates and communicate with you through phone calls, texts, or emails. You do not have to be there for me to clean, but it is preferred that a walk-through is done together initially to make sure I fully understand your needs. I will also clean/remove dirt/handprints from the outsides of cabinets, their handles, light switch cover plates, walls, and the same for drawers. This isn’t an additional cost, but it is something I always add that can typically be overlooked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years cleaning houses, working full estates, estate sales, downsizing, liquidating, decluttering, organizing, estate clean outs, vacation rentals, Airbnb, VRBO, abandoned houses, foreclosed houses, and much more. I truly enjoy this line of work.
