Ray replaced our hot water heater, handled all the township permits, repaired and replaced the sink and pipes, installed a new faucet, and took care of all cleanup and removal at an incredible price. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, he also offered a multi-year warranty on his work. He thoroughly explained the hot water heater components and how he brought everything up to code. I think he said he was a plumbing code inspector, as his work was flawless. I showed him other issues in the house that I thought might need to be done but he showed me ways to remedy it myself. That was reassuring to see that he wasn’t trying to save me money. Ray is extremely knowledgeable, and his work speaks for itself. He was punctual, worked straight through the day without taking breaks, and even declined our offer of lunch to finish the job. Ray also shared that he’s a professionally signed country artist, his daughter is a doctor, and his son is a world-renowned gamer. He’s a truly down-to-earth, multitalented guy. Ray was one of the first to reach out to me, and after receiving other estimates, he seemed to be the most genuine, experienced & knowledgeable. I had another company I was considering, but Ray was able to come sooner, and I’m so glad I decided to go with him. We are extremely grateful for his exceptional service. Thanks, Ray!

I've had Ray do plumbing and HVAC work and all I can say is 10/10, he didn't act like he was in a hurry but was quick, he took the time to point things out, how to avoid issues in the future, prices are fair and reasonable.
