Ray replaced our hot water heater, handled all the township permits, repaired and replaced the sink and pipes, installed a new faucet, and took care of all cleanup and removal at an incredible price. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, he also offered a multi-year warranty on his work. He thoroughly explained the hot water heater components and how he brought everything up to code. I think he said he was a plumbing code inspector, as his work was flawless. I showed him other issues in the house that I thought might need to be done but he showed me ways to remedy it myself. That was reassuring to see that he wasn’t trying to save me money. Ray is extremely knowledgeable, and his work speaks for itself. He was punctual, worked straight through the day without taking breaks, and even declined our offer of lunch to finish the job. Ray also shared that he’s a professionally signed country artist, his daughter is a doctor, and his son is a world-renowned gamer. He’s a truly down-to-earth, multitalented guy. Ray was one of the first to reach out to me, and after receiving other estimates, he seemed to be the most genuine, experienced & knowledgeable. Absolutely 100% great person to work with! Ray replaced a furnace for us in our mobile home. He responded immediately to our request for an estimate and set up a timely appt, which was much appreciated. We did reach out to 4 other HVAC companies, and they never called us back, or their estimates were extremely high. Ray thoroughly assessed what needed to be done , explained in full detail, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We immediately decided to hire him and happy that we did! Ray Aaron (owner) is a pro. My upstairs AC went out on a hot night in July and within 20 mins of submitting a request on Thumbtack, Ray was on the phone with me. 30 mins later he was at my house replacing a failed capacitor. 30 mins later the system was back up and running and we were able to sleep upstairs.
