FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $59 service fee for diagnostic visits, but this fee is waived for veterans, seniors, and if we perform the repair or installation during the same visit. We believe in transparent, fair pricing with no hidden fees—just quality electrical work at a price you can trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a friendly phone call or online message to understand your electrical needs and schedule a convenient time for an in-home visit. One of our licensed electricians will arrive on time, review the issue or project with you, and provide a clear explanation along with upfront pricing. If you're ready to proceed, we’ll complete the work on the spot or schedule a follow-up if needed. Throughout the process, we prioritize safety, communication, and your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All QES electricians are licensed and insured, with years of hands-on experience in residential electrical systems. Our team members complete rigorous apprenticeship programs, ongoing safety training, and continuing education to stay current with the latest codes, technologies, and best practices. We invest in training because it ensures we deliver safe, high-quality work every time.
