FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $50 minimum per project (not per piece). Pricing depends on material, size, and complexity, but we’re transparent up front so there are no surprises. We offer volume discounts for bulk orders such as brick fundraising projects, plant markers, or corporate gifts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an email conversation about your project goals and materials. You’ll receive a proof or digital mock-up before anything goes into production. Once approved, we engrave, inspect for quality, and ship quickly. Communication is a big part of our process - you’ll always know where things stand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent nearly a decade building Highland Rim Engraving into a professional engraving studio. My background includes hands-on training with CO₂, fiber, and UV lasers, as well as sandcarving and annealing techniques. I specialize in working across a wide range of materials - from glass and metals to stone and plastics.
