What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part RMR is priced exclusively. Our product can be described as “heirloom quality”. Only the best ingredients go into our product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon connecting with RMR we will want to schedule a complimentary in person estimate and design consultation. We will come on site with a laptop and our design software (Mozaik Software) and can measure and develop a first draft design - of most projects - in about 20 minutes. You will be able to see a 3D, in depth, detailed design of your project quickly and free of charge. If given the job we require a down payment on the estimated price of the project and begin working on a finalized design of the project via Zoom meets or in person at our industrial, brick and mortar location. Once the project has signed design documents the project will go through production at our facility and our own, in house W2 installers will deliver and install the cabinetry in the home.
