- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are based on type of event. Most of our events are based on a four hour block of time which does not include setup. Other cost considerations include: travel expenses, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on a rate based on number of hours and travel. Client must sign a general performance contract. Once signed by both parties, a 50% deposit will be due. Once paid, the booking process is complete. Balance is due the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our musicians have had some formal music training. Five of our artist have over 40 years of live performance experience.
